Initially the rough stones will be get from the mines and that  rough stone will  be cuts into parts in this machine.it  has a saw diamond wheel which performs the cutting.

Rough shaping  and sizing of the pieces can be done. For example if we wants the pieces in any shape like round square, oval,etc and any size initially we have to made a preform (rough shape)of the gemstone. This process is doing on shaping wheel.  It has a diamond plate in which rough shaping were done. All process are manual.
