Working process of the machine is:

                Initially the raw material is affix in the dropstick using araldite® adhesives and the drops will set in gemstone dopping stand and heated it. After heating few minutes it will be stucks in the drops. Now it is ready for goes to the first machine (Arya). In the first machine it will faceting and polishing* in the pavilion side of gem stones.then it will goes to the gems transfer machine, here the gemstone is transferred to the other drop stick for making the crown side of gemstones. Then it will goes to second machine(Arya) and here the gemstone will be under the operation of faceting and polishing*.

We were provide 15 days training in our factory with free of cost.
