Its large-sized spindle, bigger than most machines available in the market, firmly holds the lap to reduce vibration and noise, resulting in even more accurate calibration.

Agni works with not only semi-precious stones but also precious gemstones such as Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and more — with remarkable precision. It can produce gemstones in multiple shapes such as Oval, Round, Cushion, Octagon, Pear, Marquise, Heart, Square, Trillion, and many others. Additionally, this machine is capable of producing Cabochons, making it a truly versatile solution for the gemstone industry.

The machine operates on a 220V single-phase power supply, making it easy to install and run in most workshops without special electrical arrangements.

Its water-cooling system keeps both the lap and the gemstone cool during extended operations, preventing any surface damage and extending lap life. The precision collet system provides a firm grip on the dops, while the robust construction makes it a long-lasting and reliable choice for professional gemstone processing units.
